The LCISC will qualify for recertification points through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).

Our members will qualify for 0.1 recertification points for every monthly meeting attended.

If a LCISC member attends all the monthly meetings they have an opportunity to qualify for a maximum of 1 recertification point in a LCISC program year or 5 points every 5 years.

The LCISC program year starts in September and ends in June with a total of 10 monthly meetings in our program year. Instruction on a safety & health topic of interest is at a minimum of 1 hour in length and is provided at every monthly meeting.
